  Distinguished may urge users to provide reviews, but it does not in any way imply that a review is positive or negative. You may notify Distinguished team if you believe the Terms are under violation by any other user, but we are not legible to enforce the Terms per your request.

Services

Distinguished is a tool for service providers and their B2B clients seeking quality service. Distinguished is not liable for any engagement between you and other parties through the service; it is at your own risk.

Distinguished suggests that Vendors and Clients conduct business under the supervision of respective legal counsels. Our Services do not guarantee results, and we are not liable for any issues that may arise between the Vendors and Clients.

Note that Distinguished does not sponsor or prefer any one of the Vendors listed on the platform. We monitor all requests coming through the Distinguished forms, consultation forms, and email to ensure and qualify the best possible Vendor for the prospective Client. At the sole discretion of Distinguished, requests deemed inappropriate are not processed.

By sharing your information to Distinguished, you agree to be contacted by Distinguished, service providers listed on the website, and the Distinguished affiliate network, via telephone, fax, email, or any other means using the contact information provided.

If Distinguished feels that the information provided is partially or fully inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, then it holds the right not to process the request form.

Distinguished does its best to keep the information as accurate as possible. But errors may appear due to the use of user-generated content. The company profiles on the website are for research purposes only.

If you provide a discount on your services or a product in exchange of a review, then clearly state: 1) the review may be positive or negative; 2) reflects the reviewer’s honest opinion; 3) must disclose the fact that the reviewer received a free or discounted service.
